Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before participating in the Royal Gold Draw Golddraw plan. By registering, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Eligibility & Membership
- You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the Golddraw plan.
- Valid government-issued identification (Aadhaar, PAN) may be required for registration and gold delivery.
- Membership is activated only after successful payment of the first installment.
- Each member receives a unique Customer ID and Registration ID upon activation.
- A maximum of 10 coupons can be issued under one name.

Golddraw Plan Rules
- The Golddraw plan operates as a 100-member group with a 15-month installment cycle.
- Each installment is ₹2,000 per month, to be deposited between the 1st and 10th of every month.
- A monthly lucky draw is held on the 15th of every month for eligible members.
- In the 16th month, assured gold jewellery worth ₹32,990 (at the time of maturity) is provided to all eligible members.
- Members who win a lucky draw receive gold jewellery during the plan cycle itself.
- Gold jewellery value is based on prevailing 22K gold rates at the time of delivery.

Payment Terms
- All payments are processed securely through Razorpay payment gateway.
- Installments must be paid on or before the 10th of each month to maintain active membership status.
- Late payments (after the 10th) may result in ineligibility for that month's lucky draw.
- Royal Gold Draw reserves the right to change the installment amount with prior notice to members.
- Payment receipts are generated digitally and available in your dashboard.

Cancellation & Default
- If 3 consecutive installments are missed, the membership will be automatically cancelled.
- Upon cancellation, the deposited amount will be returned as gold jewellery (at prevailing rates) in the 16th month — not as cash.
- If only 4 or fewer installments have been paid before default, the deposited amount is non-refundable.
- If a minimum of 5 months' installments are completed, gold jewellery equal to the installment value deposited will be provided in the 16th month.
- Voluntary exit before plan completion follows the same rules as above.

Gold Delivery
- Gold jewellery will be delivered from Ganpati Jewellers, Bahadurgarh.
- Delivery timelines are subject to gold availability and prevailing market conditions.
- Members must present valid ID proof and their Customer ID at the time of collection.
- Gold purity is guaranteed at 22 Karat with BIS hallmark certification.
- Making charges may apply and are borne by the member unless otherwise stated.

Referral Program
- Members can earn referral income by inviting new members to join the Golddraw plan.
- Referral income is credited to your wallet once the referred member's payment is verified.
- Referral income extends up to 25 levels as per the published commission structure.
- Renewal income is also earned when referred members renew their plans.
- Royal Gold Draw reserves the right to modify the referral commission structure with prior notice.
- Wallet earnings can be withdrawn subject to minimum withdrawal limits and applicable charges.

Account & Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
- Royal Gold Draw may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent activity.
- Members must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

Limitation of Liability
- Royal Gold Draw is not liable for any loss arising from gold market fluctuations.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by payment gateway downtime or force majeure events.
- The maximum liability of Royal Gold Draw shall be limited to the total installment amount deposited.
- Royal Gold Draw does not guarantee any specific return on investment.

Governing Law & Disputes
- These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bahadurgarh, Haryana.
- Royal Gold Draw encourages amicable resolution of disputes before pursuing legal action.

Changes to Terms
- Royal Gold Draw reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
- Members will be notified of material changes via email or dashboard notification.
- Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
